Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders placed will be ready to ship within two business days, regardless of the shipping method. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be ready to ship within the next two working business days. Orders shipping to the West Coast will arrive in 3-5 business days. Orders shipping to the East Coast will arrive in 7-10 business days.

Free freight on orders over $100.

We use UPS as our standard carrier. We ship to residential and business addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APOs/ FPOs, or Freight Forwarding Facilities.


International Shipping

If you choose to ship internationally from any of our web shops, international shipping charges will be included in your order depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. You will also be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be imposed upon the shipment arriving in the selected country which are not controlled or issued by Newcastle Classics.


Returns

We hope you love everything you order, but in case you don’t, you may return any* product purchased on newcastleclassics.com within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund. The returns must be in original packaging, unused (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Original shipping charges and gift wrapping are non-refundable. Along with the returned item(s), include your name, email address and order number. 

*Any product purchased on our clearance page are FINAL SALES and no returns will be accepted.

We do not accept returns for items not purchased on newcastleclassics.com. If you purchased a Newcastle Classics product from anywhere other than newcastleclassics.com, please reference the return policy of the company you purchased it from.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Returns are processed within 1-2 business day of receipt and refunds issued to your original method of payment.

After 30 days from the date of shipment, we’ll gladly consider any items for return that are defective due to a manufacturing defect.

If you’ve received a gift purchased from newcastleclassics.com, please contact accounting@newcastleclassics.com for a Return Authorization and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.


Exchanges

To serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. To ensure you get the product you need, simply place a new order. As soon as we receive your return, we’ll refund your original method of payment.
