These were a total disappointment when I opened the package. We have the “Are you my Mother” blankies and they’re silky soft. My son loves them so much I thought I would order them in a darker color… and these are shockingly different. I’m worried about him rubbing this material on his face like he does the other ones because it will rub the skin raw. Thankfully he seems aware that these are not soft and he just holds them.
I wish I had known they were so different, it would have saved me the money.
I’m so disappointed! I was gifted the “Are you my mother” print of these “blankies” at my baby shower and my little guy LOVES them… so much so that I wanted to get him backups that aren’t white so I picked the truck print. When they arrived I was heartbroken! The fabric is not soft at all whereas his other blankies are smooth as silk; this fabric is brought and scratchy. He rubs the other blankies on his face as he falls asleep and these new ones would probably rub his skin raw they’re that rough.
